Highmark Health is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Systems Analyst to configure, roll out, and support ambulatory Epic applications. The role focuses on analysis, design, configuration, testing, and end-user support to ensure standardized, efficient workflows across healthcare sites.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of Epic systems administration experience, with Epic Ambulatory exposure, and the ability to manage small-to-mid projects.

Competenze

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory.
• Ability to handle analysis, design, system configuration and testing tasks at basic to moderate levels of complexity.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

• Configures changes within the Epic environments to provide standardized, comprehensive workflows.
• Provides guidance and support to end-users to enhance the use of Epic, and offers solutions to resolve end-user system issues.
• Performs and documents workflow analysis while evaluating user experience.
• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
• Contributes to and manages small to medium projects independently.
