Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an Epic Ambulatory configuration and support specialist to roll out and optimize the Epic ambulatory applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, document designs, and test implementations to ensure standardized workflows.

You will provide end-user guidance, develop training materials, and contribute to small-to-medium projects. A Bachelor's in CS/IS/Healthcare or related experience is required, with Epic Ambulatory certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.
• Epic Ambulatory experience and certification within 6 months.
• 3 years of Epic systems administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure, roll out, and support Ambulatory Epic applications.
• Perform workflow analysis and document requirements.
• Test, implement, and support Epic software.
• Provide end-user guidance and training materials.
• Contribute to small to medium projects and update stakeholders.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for problems.
• Support and maintain Epic environments.
