Highmark Health seeks an Epic Ambulatory specialist to configure, rollout, and support Epic applications. The role involves business analysis, requirements documentation, system design, testing, and problem resolution to deliver standardized workflows.

Responsibilities include creating training materials, guiding users, and maintaining documentation. The candidate will handle small to mid-size projects and report progress to stakeholders regularly.

Qualificações

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory and related environments.
• Ability to perform analysis, design, configuration and testing at basic to moderate complexity.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
• Knowledge of project management principles as applied to Epic tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, roll out, and support the Ambulatory Epic applications.
• Perform workflow analysis and document requirements and user experiences.
• Create and maintain implementation documentation and training materials.
• Guide end-users to optimize Epic usage and resolve system issues.
• Manage small to medium projects and update stakeholders on progress.
