Job summary

Owensboro Health System in Kentucky is seeking an Education Specialist for Revenue Cycle staff training. You will design and deliver Epic training programs using established curricula for end users across departments.

You will conduct classroom, virtual, and one-on-one sessions, evaluate knowledge with assessments, and provide ongoing support to ensure consistent Epic workflows and system proficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant Revenue Cycle training experience.
• Associate's degree or higher or diploma required on hire.
• Combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Delivers Epic training programs for Revenue Cycle end users using established curriculum and materials.
• Conducts classroom, virtual, and individual training on Epic system functionality and workflows.
• Administers knowledge assessments and hands-on training exercises.
• Provides ongoing support to end users for Epic workflows and system functionality.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to support training delivery and user adoption.
• Participates in Epic education team meetings and training initiatives.
• Assists with routine reporting and system reviews as part of departmental activities.
