Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking a Revenue Excellence Trainer to advance the efficiency of our Revenue Cycle teams by designing, delivering, and improving training programs. You will create onboarding curricula and ongoing learning paths that align with regulatory standards and payer requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field and 4+ years Epic Revenue Cycle experience, with Epic Credentialed Trainer status pursued within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field; 4+ years Epic Revenue Cycle experience.
• Epic Credentialed Trainer and certification in Revenue Cycle apps required within 12 months.
• 3–5+ years Revenue Cycle operations experience; Epic Revenue Cycle experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain onboarding programs for Revenue Cycle teams.
• Facilitate training sessions across patient access, coding, billing, payer policies.
• Develop role-specific learning paths and certification programs to support progression.
• Identify skill gaps using performance data and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with leaders to address retraining needs for evolving regulations.
