Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years in patient registration or access in a medical office or hospital.
• Experience as trainer or project lead is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Patient Access management and staff expertise and support in content, delivery and scheduling of system, operational, and soft skills training, and project facilitation.
• Serve as subject matter expert in Patient Access Meditect ADM or Epic training, Point of Service, Insurance verification and Medical Necessity training.
• Act as technical writer, trainer, and project facilitator.
