Dayton Children's Hospital is seeking an Epic Revenue Cycle Trainer. The role is hybrid (onsite and remote) in Ohio and focuses on Patient Access and both Professional and Hospital billing. The trainer will plan, build, and maintain training programs and materials, acting as a bridge between end users and Epic teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years in revenue cycle and experience creating training content. High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Epic Registration and scheduling knowledge preferred for Access Trainer role.
• Epic Billing knowledge preferred for Billing Trainer role.
• Experience providing adult education and training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Master Epic application and workflows for Patient Access and billing.
• Serve as SME on end-to-end Epic Revenue Cycle data flow.
• Plan and coordinate Epic training for staff; develop training policies.
• Build and maintain training environment, curriculum and test data.
• Assist with testing upgrades and new functionality releases.
