Qualifications

• Minimum of at least 5 years of experience as an Analyst.
• Current Epic certifications: MyChart, Hello World and/or Cheers (at least 2).
• Work history in Healthcare IT is required.
• Experience building system application packages and moving through multiple environments.
• Strong understanding of patient experience workflows and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the strategy, design, and optimization of the Epic Patient Experience product suite.
• Provide subject-matter expertise, inform best-practice workflows, and analytics.
• Deliver system enhancements and support initiatives such as Gold Stars, Honor Roll, and Epic Upgrades.
• Collaborate with application and technical teams as well as end users.
• Communicate with integrity, accountability, and data-driven decision making.
