The role supports Gold Stars, Honor Roll, and Epic Upgrades, requires 5+ years of analyst experience in Healthcare IT, and Epic Prelude/Grand Central certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as an Analyst in Healthcare IT.
• Current certification in Epic Prelude and Grand Central.
• Nice to Have: Referrals, Cadence, Business Continuity.
• Strong understanding of Patient Access workflows and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategy, design, and optimization of the Epic Patient Access product suite.
• Provide subject-matter expertise to support organizational initiatives (Gold Stars, Honor Roll, Epic Upgrades).
• Collaborate with application and technical teams and end users to improve workflows.
