Job summary

The Manager, Epic Inpatient Clinical Applications at OCHIN, Inc. leads the Epic Inpatient program delivery, coordinating project scope, budget, risks, and deployment quality for our national remote team.

In this fully remote role, you’ll mentor staff, oversee process improvements, maintain strong client service, and collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal Epic implementation and ongoing operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Epic certification(s) in one or more inpatient modules is required.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar or relevant role; 8 years preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to handle challenging situations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word); Access is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Epic Inpatient Clinical Applications program including scope, budget, risks, and deployment quality.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts; manage onboarding and professional development.
• Track performance against SLAs; monitor ticket metrics and escalations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of processes and systems.
• Identify opportunities for process and quality improvement within OCHIN.
• Maintain communication across the Epic Inpatient team and related departments.
• Manage the clinical wing of the Inpatient team and optimize member support.
• Provide leadership and coordination for Inpatient Clinical Maintenance.
