Job summary

OCHIN is a nonprofit leader in health care innovation, seeking an Epic Patient Experience Application Analyst to join the Epic Product Team remotely. You will contribute to strategy, design, and optimization of the Epic Patient Experience product suite, applying SME insights and best-practice workflows.

The role requires 5+ years as an Analyst in Healthcare IT, Epic certifications (MyChart, Hello World, and/or Cheers), and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as an Analyst in Healthcare IT.
• Current Epic certifications: MyChart, Hello World, and/or Cheers (2+).
• Nice to Have: Prelude, Welcome, Cadence.
• Experience with building system application packages and multiple environments.
• Strong understanding of Patient Experience workflows and analytics.
• Excellent communication with end users and technical teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and data-driven.
• Complete a 50-60 minute competency assessment prior to the team interview.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategy, design, and optimization of the Epic Patient Experience product suite.
• Provide SME input, inform workflows, and deliver system enhancements.
• Support organizational initiatives such as Gold Stars, Honor Roll, and Epic Upgrades.
