Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is hiring a Senior Epic Beacon Application Analyst to configure and support Epic EHR clinical applications for new members. This role focuses on accurate patient care workflows, efficient provider processes, and secure data handling within Epic Beacon and related services.

You will consult with members, perform builds, and provide Level 2 support while collaborating with the Member Care Team to achieve quality outcomes for our member organizations.

Qualifications

• Epic Beacon Certifications are required, experience managing therapy plans is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar or relevant role; one EPIC certification may be substituted for one year of this requirement.
• The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as an Epic Application Analyst, must have minimum of 1 year of Epic build experience, implementation build experience is highly desired.
• Work history in Healthcare IT is required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or a combination of college education and 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Perform routine build and configuration in Epic and related products.
• Act as Level 2 technical support for many ancillary integrated products.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and resolving issues for Epic-related integrations and workflows.
• Coordinating with Help Desk on JIRA resolution to ensure timely fixes.
• Helping the product owner to prepare agendas for vendor calls and representing OCHIN technically.
• Lead training and work sessions with OCHIN members to resolve complex integration issues.
• Mentor, coach, and train less experienced analysts on Epic projects.
