Job summary

Qualifications

• Epic EHR experience in Analyst/PM/Specialist roles is required.
• Experience developing strategic roadmaps and engaging stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and ability to guide cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to support decisions.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management across internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute program activities aligned with strategic goals.
• Serve as liaison to OCHIN members, customers, and partners with clear communications.
• Research, recommend, and implement improvements based on data and best practices.
• Create and maintain program documentation, reports, and visual content for decision-making.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
