Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Analyst.
• Current certification in Epic applications (Hospital coding, ROI, Deficiency Tracking).
• Healthcare IT experience required; experience with system application build and HIM/Identity workflows.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the strategy, design, and optimization of the Epic HIM and Identity product suite.
• Provide SME guidance, inform best-practice workflows, and support initiatives including Gold Stars and Epic Upgrades.
