Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is seeking an Epic Solutions Analyst PB/PB Claims Maintenance to advance its national healthcare technology efforts. This role focuses on resolving complex Epic PB issues, optimizing processes, and aligning technical work with business goals.

You will collaborate with clinical and IT teams, document solutions, mentor peers, and support Go-Live activities, with up to 25% travel and a remote-first work environment.

Qualifications

• Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims certification/proficiency required; proficiency in both is highly desired.
• At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst, including a minimum of 3 years in Epic PB module build.
• Strong communication skills with both application and technical teams and end users.
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability with a data-driven approach to decisions.
• Candidates will complete a 50–60 minute competency assessment before team interviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality per specifications; maintain clear usability documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system performance and end-user satisfaction.
• Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address maintenance issues.
• Drive documentation and knowledge sharing to support process improvement and alignment across teams.
• Grow skills in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.
