Job summary

OCHIN is seeking an Epic HIM Application Analyst to join our national remote team. This role will contribute to strategy, design, and optimization of the Epic HIM and Identity product suite, supporting Gold Stars, Honor Roll, and Epic Upgrades.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of analyst experience in healthcare IT
• Current certification in Epic applications (Hospital coding, ROI, Deficiency Tracking)
• Nice-to-have: EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient, Gallery
• Experience with building system application packages and multiple environments
• Strong HIM and Identity workflows knowledge and data analytics

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategy, design, and optimization of the Epic HIM and Identity product suite
• Deliver system enhancements and support organizational initiatives (Gold Stars, Honor Roll, Epic Upgrades)
• Communicate with both application/technical teams and end users
• Work across multiple environments and travel as needed for Go-Live installations
