Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA seeks a Senior IT Specialty Analyst to support Epic applications across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Access areas. The role uses advanced healthcare workflow knowledge to evaluate needs, recommend solutions, and improve system utilization and operations.

You will build/configure, upgrade, test, and manage incidents and changes; implement software releases and may lead smaller projects. Collaboration with end users and teams is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years of relevant Epic experience.
• Epic certification or proficiency in one or more applicable Epic applications required or preferred.
• Epic data analytics tools (Cogito, Caboodle, Clarity etc.) are required or preferred based on position.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of Epic applications across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Access areas.
• Perform configuration, upgrades, and enhancements; conduct workflow assessments and system testing.
• Handle incident and change management; implement software releases and lead smaller projects or components of larger initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end users; mentor less-experienced team members.
