Qualifications

• Epic certification or proficiency required or preferred depending on position.
• Epic reporting tools experience.
• Experience with Epic data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of Epic applications across Clinical, Revenue Cycle and Access.
• Perform build/configuration, upgrades, and workflow assessments; conduct system testing and troubleshooting.
• Manage incident and change processes; implement software releases.
• Work with cross-functional teams; may lead smaller projects and guide junior members.
