Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA seeks a Senior IT Specialty Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance Epic applications across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Access. You will apply advanced healthcare workflow knowledge to evaluate needs, recommend solutions, and improve system utilization.

Responsibilities include build/configuration, upgrades, workflow assessments, testing, incident/change management, and releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree.
• 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day support, maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of Epic applications across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Access areas.
• Perform application build/configuration, upgrades, and enhancements; conduct workflow assessments, system testing, troubleshooting, and change management; implement software releases.
• May lead smaller projects or components of larger initiatives and provide guidance to less-experienced team members.
