Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA seeks a Senior IT Specialty Analyst to manage day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of Epic applications across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Access areas. You will apply deep healthcare workflow knowledge to evaluate needs and implement solutions.

Responsibilities include configuration, upgrades, workflow assessments, testing, incident and change management, and implementing software releases.

Qualifikationen

• Epic certification, accreditation, or proficiency in one or more applicable Epic applications required or preferred based on the specific position.
• Epic data analytics tools are Required: Cogito, Cogito Tools Administration, Caboodle Data Model, Clarity Data Mode, Access Data Mode, Revenue Data Model, Clinical Data Model
• Experience with Epic reporting tools, including Reporting Workbench, Radar dashboards, and SlicerDicer self-service reporting.
• 7+ years of experience with Epic reporting tools.
• Programming experience with SQL, SSIS, R, Python, or similar tools.

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of Epic applications across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Access areas.
• Responsibilities include configuration, upgrades, workflow assessments, system testing, troubleshooting, incident and change management, and software releases.
• Lead smaller projects or components of larger initiatives and mentor less-experienced team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end users to evaluate needs and implement solutions.
