Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Senior IT Specialty Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize Epic applications across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Access areas. This role applies advanced healthcare workflow knowledge to evaluate needs, recommend solutions, and improve system utilization.

Responsibilities include build/configuration, upgrades, testing, incident and change management, and implementation of software releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree.
• 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Epic certification, accreditation, or proficiency preferred.
• Experience with Epic reporting tools (Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of Epic applications across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Access.
• Perform configuration, upgrades, testing, incident and change management, and software releases.
• Lead smaller projects or components of larger initiatives and mentor teammates.
