Job summary

Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Senior IT Specialty Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize Epic applications across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Access areas. You will apply advanced healthcare workflow knowledge to evaluate needs, recommend solutions, and improve system utilization.

The role involves build/configuration, upgrades, testing, incident and change management, and leading smaller projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Epic reporting tools.
• Epic certification, accreditation, or proficiency in one or more applicable Epic applications required or preferred based on the position.
• Experience with Epic reporting tools, including Reporting Workbench, Radar dashboards, and SlicerDicer self-service reporting.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support, maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of Epic applications across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Access areas.
• Perform configuration, upgrades, workflow assessments, testing, troubleshooting, incident and change management, and software releases.
• Lead smaller projects or components of larger initiatives and mentor less-experienced teammates.
