Qualifications

• Epic certification, accreditation, or proficiency in one or more applicable Epic applications required or preferred based on the specific position.
• Epic data analytics tools are Required: Cogito, Cogito Tools Administration, Caboodle Data Model, Clarity Data Mode, Access Data Mode, Revenue Data Model, Clinical Data Model

Responsabilités

• Support, maintenance, and optimization of Epic across clinical, revenue cycle, and access areas.
• Build/configure Epic modules, perform upgrades, and implement software releases.
• Conduct workflow assessments, testing, incident/change management, and end-user support.
