Teceze USA in Mount Sterling, KY is seeking an on-site IT support specialist to deploy and configure clinical devices, printers, and peripherals, and to ensure reliable operation during go-live.

You will troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and deployment issues, provide hypercare after deployment, and coordinate with site staff and project teams to resolve issues quickly, while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering desktops/field support in healthcare environments.
• Printer/scanner installation and troubleshooting experience.
• Workstation and peripheral configuration experience.
• Basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
• Healthcare IT or Epic deployment exposure is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices and peripherals.
• Set up and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, WOWs (Workstations on Wheels), and other clinical/IT devices.
• Provide hands-on IT support during the Epic go-live period.
• Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, configuration, and deployment issues.
• Perform post-deployment stabilization and hypercare support.
• Coordinate with project teams, site personnel, and end users to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in a healthcare environment.
