Job summary

Teceze USA seeks an IT support professional to deploy, install, configure, and validate clinical IT devices and peripherals. You will set up workstations, printers, scanners, WOWs, and other devices, providing hands-on support during Epic go-live and post-go-live stabilization.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, connectivity, and deployment issues, coordinating with project teams and end users, and maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing desktops/deskside/field IT support.
• Printer/scanner installation and troubleshooting.
• Workstation and peripheral configuration.
• Basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
• Healthcare or hospital IT experience preferred.
• Epic go-live or clinical deployment experience a plus.
• Hypercare/post-go-live support experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices and peripherals.
• Set up and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, WOWs, and other clinical/IT devices.
• Provide hands-on IT support during the Epic go-live period.
• Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, configuration, and deployment issues.
• Perform post-deployment stabilization and hypercare support.
• Coordinate with project teams, site personnel, and end users to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in a healthcare environment.
