Teceze is seeking an on-site IT support contractor for deployment, configuration, and validation of clinical IT devices at our Bardstown, KY location. You will install and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, and WOWs, delivering hands-on support during Epic go-live and ensuring rapid issue resolution.

The role emphasizes post-go-live stabilization and hypercare, coordinating with site staff to maintain seamless operations in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

Desktop and deskside IT support experience in healthcare settings.
Printer and scanner installation and troubleshooting expertise.
Basic configuration of workstations and peripherals.
Experience with Epic go-live deployments is a plus.
Familiarity with hypercare/post-go-live support in clinics or hospitals.

Responsabilités

Deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices and peripherals.
Set up and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, WOWs, and other clinical/IT devices.
Provide hands-on IT support during the Epic go-live period.
Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, configuration, and deployment issues.
Perform post-deployment stabilization and hypercare support.
Coordinate with project teams, site personnel, and end users to resolve issues quickly.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in a healthcare environment.
