Teceze USA is seeking on-site IT support personnel in Kentucky to deploy, install, configure, and validate clinical IT devices and peripherals. You will troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, and WOWs, providing hands-on assistance during Epic go-live and post-go-live stabilization.

The role emphasizes rapid issue resolution with healthcare stakeholders. Experience in healthcare IT and Epic deployments is preferred, with a focus on customer service in a clinical environment.

Qualificações

• Desktop support experience
• Printer and scanner installation and troubleshooting
• Workstation and peripheral configuration
• Basic network/connectivity troubleshooting
• Healthcare or hospital IT experience preferred
• Epic go-live or clinical application deployment experience a plus
• Hypercare/post-go-live support experience a plus

Responsabilidades

• Deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices and peripherals.
• Set up and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, WOWs (Workstations on Wheels), and other clinical/IT devices.
• Provide hands-on IT support during the Epic go-live period.
• Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, configuration, and deployment issues.
• Perform post-deployment stabilization and hypercare support.
• Coordinate with project teams, site personnel, and end users to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in a healthcare environment.
