Job summary

Neighborhood Health Center, a nonprofit serving the Portland area, seeks an experienced Training EHR Support Analyst to develop and deliver Epic training for clinicians and staff. You will support onboarding, optimization, and adoption of Epic best practices through classroom, virtual, and hands-on training.

Responsibilities include creating training materials, conducting sessions, and coordinating upgrades with clinical and operational teams to ensure effective workflow adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate's degree or healthcare training may be considered.
• Epic experience required; Epic credential within six months.
• Adult education or clinical teaching experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Epic training sessions for clinicians and staff.
• Develop and update training materials, user guides, and e-learning content.
• Research and implement Epic best practices aligned with operations.
• Coordinate training readiness for Epic upgrades and workflow changes.
• Partner with clinical and operational teams to reinforce workflow adoption.
• Identify training-related workflow gaps and support optimization.
