Job summary

CommUnityCare is seeking an Epic Training Specialist I to lead the training and support for clinical and administrative teams. You will create training documentation, develop curricula, and deliver training during system changes or upgrades, ensuring end users demonstrate proficiency before production access.

The role includes onsite and off-site work and collaboration with Epic Training Specialist II to refresh curricula.

Qualifications

• Experience in computer-related training and adult education.
• Experience as an Electronic Health Record super-user.
• Ability to travel between clinics in Travis County.

Responsibilities

• Plan tasks and monitor milestones using standardized templates.
• Maintain knowledge of EHR indicators, standards and processes.
• Provide support for Epic training rollouts to end users.
• Deliver educational offerings based on adult learning principles.
• Ensure end users are trained and able to access the production environment.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Provide technical support via phone, online, and in person.
