Job summary

Open Door Community Health Centers is seeking an Site EHR Specialist to support Epic usage across clinical operations. You will troubleshoot issues, provide coaching, and coordinate training for new staff to ensure smooth EPIC adoption in the clinic environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with Epic, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of the EHR Training team. This is an in-office position with potential for local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of experience in a similar role or equivalent.
• Knowledge of practice management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to clinical operations and Epic users.
• Troubleshoot Epic issues and coordinate with IT Help Desk.
• Coordinate training for new staff and upgrade trainings.
• Communicate EHR changes to end users in a timely manner.
• Attend clinic meetings as Epic expert.
