Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Epic EHR platform strategy and RCM domain initiatives. You will own product strategy, requirements, and a roadmap tied to OKRs, collaborating across engineering, analytics, and design teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that improve documentation, coding, billing, and A/R completeness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management including charge capture, medical coding, back-end billing and collections.
• 7-10 years of product management/healthcare informatics experience.
• Proven leader with ownership of strategic decisions and cross-functional coordination.
• Collaborative with senior stakeholders and able to translate technical topics for varied audiences.
• Data-driven mindset; measure product impact and work with analytics teams.
• Experience in change management and driving user adoption of clinical technology.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategic direction for the Epic Domain aligned with OKRs.
• Define roadmap with stakeholders; oversee backlog management and prioritization.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, and user design to build and enhance products.
• Work with design to create intuitive products; conduct user research and document requirements.
• Define and manage launches; create training materials and end-user documentation.
• Deliver executive-level status reports and maintain stakeholder relationships.
