Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Epic EHR platform and RCM domain, driving strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional execution to improve clinical informatics and revenue operations.

You will partner with stakeholders, design teams, and operations to launch new products, train end-users, and measure impact across enterprise systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management including charge capture, medical coding, back-end billing and collections.
• 7–10 years of relevant work experience in product management and/or healthcare informatics.
• Proven leader with ability to drive strategic decisions and own outcomes.
• Highly collaborative, able to translate technical topics for diverse audiences.
• Data-driven mindset; use analytics to measure product impact.
• Skilled in change management and driving user adoption of clinical technology.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategic direction for Epic Domain, aligning with senior leaders and OKRs.
• Define product roadmap with stakeholders; manage backlog and prioritization.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design to build and enhance products.
• Partner with design to create user-centered, intuitive products; document requirements.
• Define and launch new products; create training materials and user documentation.
• Provide executive-level reporting on status, risks, and decisions; build stakeholder relationships.
• Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments and documentation.
• Support readiness, adoption, and feedback loops for Epic releases with change teams.
• Assist domain leaders in recruiting, hiring, and developing product and informatics talent.
