Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and roadmap for the Epic EHR platform and analytics tools within Revenue Cycle Management. You will own the domain strategy, gather requirements, and drive adoption with agile teams across clinical informatics.

You'll partner with stakeholders to shape roadmaps, manage backlogs, and deliver high-quality products with strong governance, training, and documentation for end-users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RMC) incl. charge capture, coding, billing, collections.
• 7-10 years of product management/healthcare informatics experience.
• Proven leader capable of driving strategic decisions and coordinating resources.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for the Epic Domain aligned with business and engineering.
• Define roadmaps, manage backlogs, and prioritize initiatives with business cases.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design to build improved Epic-based products.
• Work with design to ensure user-centered, intuitive products with documented requirements.
• Lead product launches with training materials and end-user documentation.
• Provide executive reporting on status, risks, and decisions.
