Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Epic EHR platform strategy and roadmap, owning the Revenue Cycle Management domain including CDI, coding, billing, and A/R analytics.

You will partner with business leaders and engineering to translate goals into executable plans, drive adoption through user-centered design, and deliver enterprise-wide informatics initiatives that improve healthcare delivery for our patients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management including charge capture, medical coding, back-end billing and collections.
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in product management and/or healthcare informatics.
• Proven leader capable of driving strategic decisions and coordinating resources for successful outcomes.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to measure product impact and work with analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategic direction for the Epic Domain, aligned with senior business and engineering leaders.
• Oversee backlog management and roadmap prioritization to ensure alignment with strategic vision.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, and design to build and enhance Epic products.
• Work with design to create high-quality, intuitive products for end-users and capture detailed requirements.
• Define and manage launches, including training materials and end-user documentation.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on status, risks, and decisions needed.
• Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments and documentation review.
• Support readiness, adoption, and feedback loops for Epic-based releases.
