Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Epic EHR platform product strategy and roadmap for Revenue Cycle Management, covering CDI, coding, billing, and A/R completeness.

You will work with engineering, data science, design, and operations to deliver user-centered products, manage launches, provide executive status reporting, and drive adoption through change management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Cycle Management including coding and billing.
• 7-10 years in product management/healthcare informatics.
• Demonstrated leadership and ownership of initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Experience with data analytics in healthcare metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategic direction for Epic Domain.
• Define roadmap with stakeholders; manage backlog.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science and design.
• Design high-quality, user-centric products.
• Manage launches, training materials, and documentation.
• Provide executive reporting on status and risks.
• Support readiness and adoption through change management.
