CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and roadmap for the Epic EHR platform and Revenue Cycle Management domain. You will own CDI, coding, billing and A/R requirements, applying Epic expertise, user-centric design, and agile methods to improve enterprise informatics.

You will align with senior leaders, manage backlogs, define launches, and partner with design, analytics, and operations to drive adoption and measurable value across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) including charge capture, medical coding, billing, and A/R collections.
• 7-10 years of product management and/or healthcare informatics experience.
• Proven leader able to drive strategic decisions and coordinate resources.
• Strong collaboration with senior-level stakeholders and ability to translate complex topics.

Responsabilités

• Define product vision and strategic direction for the Epic Domain aligned with OKRs.
• Oversee roadmap, backlog prioritization, and business-case development for new initiatives.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, and design to build and enhance products.
• Design high-quality, intuitive user experiences and document detailed requirements.
• Define launches and training materials for end-users; monitor product improvements via analytics.
