Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategic direction for the Epic Domain aligned with senior business and engineering leaders.
• Define roadmap, oversee backlog management, and develop business cases for initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design to build and enhance Epic-based products.
• Work with design to document requirements and ensure user needs are met.
• Lead product launches with training materials and documentation for end users.
• Deliver executive reporting on status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments.
• Partner with training and change management teams for readiness and adoption.
• Support approvals of iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps.
• Assist domain leaders in recruiting and developing talent.
