Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and roadmap for the Epic EHR platform and integrated clinical informatics tools. You will own the Revenue Cycle Management domain, from CDI and coding to billing and A/R completion, applying Epic expertise and agile methods to improve care quality and safety.

You will partner with business stakeholders and engineering to define roadmaps, manage backlogs, design intuitive user experiences, and drive launches with end-user

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) including coding, billing and collections.
• 7-10 years in product management and/or healthcare informatics.
• Proven leader with ability to drive strategic decisions and coordinate resources.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to work with analytics teams to evaluate success.
• Strong change management and user adoption skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategic direction for Epic Domain aligned with OKRs.
• Define roadmaps, manage backlogs and prioritize initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design to build and enhance products.
• Launch new products with training materials and end-user documentation.
• Provide executive-level reporting on status, risks, and decisions.
