Job summary
CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and roadmap for the Epic EHR platform and Revenue Cycle Management domain, covering CDI, coding, billing, and analytics to ensure accurate documentation and A/R integrity.
You will translate business goals into actionable plans, manage backlogs with stakeholders, collaborate with engineering, design, and operations, and drive adoption through user-centered design, testing, and governance across enterprise informatics
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management (charge capture, coding, billing, collections)
- 7-10 years of product management/healthcare informatics
- Proven leader with strategic decision-making and ownership
- Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and ability to translate technical topics
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and roadmap for the Epic domain linked to OKRs
- Prioritize backlog and assess value, inform buy vs. build decisions
- Coordinate with engineering, data science, and design in an Agile environment
- Work with design to gather requirements and ensure user needs are met
- Lead launches with training and documentation for end users
- Provide executive-level reporting on status, risks and decisions
- Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments
- Support readiness and adoption through change management
