You’ll collaborate with engineering, data science, and design to deliver user-centric products, create training materials, and manage launches while monitoring outcomes with analytics

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Cycle Management with coding, billing and A/R.
• 7-10 years in product management/healthcare informatics.
• Proven leadership and coordinating resources for project outcomes.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and ability to translate technical topics.
• Data-driven mindset with analytics collaboration and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy for Epic domains aligned with OKRs.
• Define roadmap and backlog with prioritization to align with strategic vision.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design to build and enhance products.
• Work with design to gather requirements and ensure user needs are met.
• Manage launches with training docs and end-user materials; drive improvements via feedback.
