Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and roadmap development for the Epic EHR platform and integrated clinical informatics tools within Revenue Cycle Management. You will own the product strategy and requirements for CDI, coding, billing, and A/R completeness across enterprise informatics initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management (charge capture, medical coding, back-end billing, collections).
• 7-10 years in product management and/or healthcare informatics.
• Proven leader with ability to drive strategic decisions and coordinate resources.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and ability to translate complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategic direction for the Epic Domain and align with leaders.
• Roadmap development and backlog management ensuring alignment with strategy.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, and design to build and enhance products.
• Design high-quality, user-focused products through research and detailed requirements.
• Define launches and create training materials for end-users, with ongoing improvements via analytics and feedback.
• Deliver executive reporting on product status, risks, and decisions.
• Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments.
• Support readiness and adoption with training and change management teams.
• Assist domain leaders in recruiting and developing product and informatics talent.
