Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Epic EHR domain and RCМ product strategy. You will own requirements for CDI, coding, billing, collections, and analytics within Epic, collaborating with engineering, design, and analytics teams to deliver safe, high-quality solutions.

You will drive adoption, measure impact with data, and work with executives to align roadmaps with business goals, ensuring end-to-end workflow improvements across enterprise informatics initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management including charge capture, coding, billing and collections.
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in product management and/or healthcare informatics.
• Proven leader, comfortable driving strategic decisions and coordinating resources.
• Highly collaborative, able to translate complex topics for varied audiences.
• Data-driven mindset, work with analytics teams to evaluate success.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategic direction for Epic Domain and align with senior leaders.
• Roadmap planning, backlog management, and prioritization to meet OKRs.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, and design to build and enhance products.
• Collaborate with design to gather requirements and ensure user needs are met.
• Define and manage launches, create end-user training, and document changes.
• Deliver executive-level status reports on product risks and decisions.
• Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments.
• Support readiness and adoption through change management and training.
• Assist domain leaders with recruiting and developing talent in a fast-paced environment.
