Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for the Epic EHR platform and integrated clinical informatics tools within Revenue Cycle Management, including CDI, coding, billing, and analytics.

You will translate business goals into actionable requirements, oversee backlogs, collaborate with engineering and design, launch new products, and report on status, risks, and key metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management including charge capture, medical coding, back-end billing and collections.
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in product management and/or healthcare informatics.
• Proven leader capable of strategic decisions and ownership.
• Highly collaborative and able to translate technical topics for diverse audiences.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to measure product impact.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategic direction for the Epic Domain and align with senior leaders.
• Define the product roadmap and backlog management to meet strategic goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science and design to build and enhance products.
• Design high-quality, intuitive products with user research and detailed requirements.
• Launch new products with training materials and documentation for end-users.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on status, risks, and decisions.
• Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments.
• Support readiness and adoption through change management.
• Assist domain leaders in recruiting and developing talent.
