Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Epic EHR domain strategy and the Revenue Cycle Management solution set, driving alignment with business and engineering leaders. You will translate goals into a clear product roadmap and partner across teams to deliver high-impact, compliant healthcare software.

You will also lead governance, training, and documentation efforts while ensuring user adoption and measurable outcomes across enterprise informatics initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management including charge capture, coding, billing and A/R.
• 7-10 years of product management and/or healthcare informatics experience.
• Proven leader with ability to drive decisions and coordinate resources.
• Data-driven mindset with experience translating business goals into roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategic direction for Epic Domain in alignment with senior leaders.
• Roadmap planning and backlog prioritization to support strategic OKRs.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science and design to deliver solutions.
• Work with design to capture user needs and document detailed requirements.
• Plan launches, training, and documentation for end users and operations teams.
• Provide executive reporting on status, risks, and decisions; manage governance.
