Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an accomplished Senior Product Manager to lead the Epic EHR platform and CDI-related tools within Revenue Cycle Management. You will own strategy, requirements, and roadmap, guiding cross-functional teams through agile processes to improve accuracy, coding, and A/R performance.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, develop business cases, and manage launches with training materials and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management including charge capture, coding, back-end billing, and collections.
• 7-10 years of product management/healthcare informatics experience.
• Ability to translate complex topics for diverse audiences and drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategic direction for the Epic domain and align with executives and engineers.
• Roadmap ownership and backlog prioritization to realize strategic goals and OKRs.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design to build and enhance Epic-based products.
