Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Epic EHR platform strategy and the Revenue Cycle Management domain. You will own product requirements spanning CDI, coding, billing, and A/R analytics, applying Epic expertise and agile methods to drive adoption and quality across enterprise informatics initiatives.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to map roadmaps, manage backlogs, and translate goals into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management including charge capture, medical coding, back-end billing and collections.
• 7–10 years of product management and/or healthcare informatics experience.
• Proven leader with ability to drive decisions and coordinate resources.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to work with analytics teams.
• Skilled in change management and driving user adoption of clinical tech.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategic direction for the Epic Domain tied to OKRs.
• Define product roadmap with stakeholders and manage backlog and prioritization.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and user design to build and enhance products.
• Work with design to create intuitive products, capture requirements, and ensure user needs are met.
• Define and manage product launches, training materials, and end-user documentation.
• Provide executive-level reporting on status, risks, and decisions.
• Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments.
• Support readiness, adoption, and feedback loops for Epic releases.
• Assist domain leaders in recruiting and developing talent.
