UMC Health System is seeking an IT Application Analyst-Associate to support Epic and 3rd party applications across supported departments. The role involves design, testing, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of applications while collaborating with IT teams and end users to deliver integrated solutions.

The ideal candidate will have Epic EHR experience, strong communication, and a patient-centered approach, with potential for hybrid or remote work for experienced/non-local applicants.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree recommended.
• 2+ years recent IT/healthcare/EHR development/implementation experience.
• Experience with Epic EHR preferred.
• Knowledge of standard practices in application support.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and test Epic and 3rd party applications for implementation and ongoing support.
• Perform comprehensive testing with documentation and issue resolution.
• Facilitate workflow design and validation with end users.
• Assess and document workflows by interviewing/shadowing users.
• Recommend technology solutions to improve clinical and operational processes.
• Coordinate installation of application changes following change control processes.
• Participate in on-call coverage and adjust hours as needed.
