Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Credentialed Trainer to deliver Epic training, support end users, and collaborate with education and health system leaders to ensure effective adoption of the EHR across departments. The role requires credentialing in one or more Epic applications and the ability to translate workflows into training materials.

The candidate will work with Principal Trainers to provide class coverage, create job aids, and contribute to the learning environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience with education, Epic end user, or related field required.
• Experience with Epic applications and Credentialing status is preferred when possible.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
• Experience with Excel, Teams, Shifts, Tasks, and Lists is required.
• Experience with LMS is preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Help plan, organize, and teach classes required for the successful implementation and adoption of the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with end users and Principal Trainers to ensure build, training, and support aligns with approved workflows.
• Ensure coverage for all scheduled classes and support.
• Prepare classrooms, materials, and ensure environments are organized and clean.
• Provide onsite end user support and proactive issue identification.
• Ensure associates complete appropriate training before access is granted.
