Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Credentialed Trainer to deliver Epic training and support for end users during EHR implementations. You will partner with Principal Trainers to ensure training aligns with approved workflows and provide hands-on classroom instruction, job aides, and eLearning.

Responsibilities include organizing classes, preparing materials, and offering proactive end-user support while validating workflows and learning dashboards. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in education, Epic end user, or related field.
• Experience with Epic applications is strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with LMS and online learning modules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and teach classes for EHR implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with end users to ensure training aligns with workflows.
• Provide onsite end user support and develop training materials.
• Maintain classroom information and deliver training delivery including eLearning and job aides.
