Job summary

CHRISTUS Health in Santa Fe, NM seeks a Credentialed Trainer I to deliver Epic training, support end users, and ensure competencies across assigned applications. You will work with Principal Trainers, informatics staff, and health system leaders to promote effective use of the EHR and maintain credentialed status.

The role requires planning classes, preparing materials, providing onsite and virtual training, and creating job aides, with a focus on clear communication and proactive problem

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year of education experience; healthcare education preferred.
• Experience with adult learners, in-person and virtual training.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and teach classes for EHR implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with end users and trainers to align training with workflows.
• Ensure coverage for all scheduled classes and support.
• Prepare classrooms and materials; keep spaces organized and clean.
• Provide onsite end-user support and attend outreach events.
• Review Visio workflows and document in the EHR context.
• Create job aides using approved templates.
• Deliver training, shadow, and build end-user confidence.
• Escalate issues to senior team members as needed.
• Work under minimal supervision.
